Below are a small variety of famous local places to see, whist visiting us at The Cottage Inn in Lynton. Once you have worked up an appetite, please come back and enjoy a traditional Sunday Roast or try out out Authentic Thai Cuisine in our Thai Restaurant aptly name Nartnapa after my wife Narn, who's family still live in Thailand and also where she was taught how to cook amazing authentic Thai cuisine.

Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff railway Exmoor.
 
A Victorian "water powered" cliff railway, the only one of its kind in the UK, which connects the two towns of Lynton and Lynmouth.

Fantastic views and scenery to explore with breath taking views, woodland and cliff top walks and local feral goats.

Set next to a dramatic river gorge and ancient woodlands to enjoy. There are 2,000 acres of land to explore which provide a haven for wildlife.

The power of water interpretation centre....make electricity, see Britains first tidal turbine, see the water level of the famous Lynton floods back in 1952. The kids can joy firing water cannons, spin water wheels, see whale bones and much more.
